Thank you Joomla Community Magazine Volunteers!

Thank you Volunteers!

The Joomla Community Magazine wouldn’t be here without our authors, designers and tech volunteers. On Joomla’s twentieth anniversary, let's take a moment to reflect on the work of the many volunteers who have made the JCM happen over the years.

Whether you’re an author, designer or website maintainer, whether you've written one article or a hundred, you have made a difference. You matter. Your dedication is the backbone of everything we do. You have brought ideas, knowledge, positivity, fun, passion, education and acknowledgement to our community. With volunteers like you, we have a chance to make Joomla an even better place than it already is and for that you deserve a heartfelt thank you.

"Every person can make a difference, and every person should try."

John F. Kennedy

On a personal note, I would like to thank Andrea Gentil and Luca Marzo for reviving the JCM in 2020. You’ve made it happen. And thanks to Philip Walton (and, again , Luca Marzo) for encouraging me to become Team Leader. I had never thought a leadership position would give me so much satisfaction, joy and gratitude.

And, last but not least, to the current Joomla Community Magazine Team: thank you all. You make JCM my happy place ☺️

One short note from Claudia (the assistant): Thank you, Anja, for your responsible, humorous, and very human, attentive manner to lead our group - you are a great team leader and a great Joomla heart.

Would you like to write for us and become part of this wonderful group of people? Join us! This article explains how: https://magazine.joomla.org/all-issues/january-2023/how-to-write-for-the-joomla-community-magazine

Author’s note: I’ve found all these people through the Volunteer Portal and by going over each and every article on the JCM website. If you’ve worked for JCM and your name is not here, please drop us an email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we’ll correct it. Same goes for last names; I’ve used first names only for privacy reasons. I’d be happy to add your last name if you want me to.
