Putting together the Joomla Community is a very satisfying job. Each and every month, my Co-Editor Claudia and I get to see a huge variety of articles, written by you, members of the Joomla Community. So it is with great pride and joy that we present to you the June issue of the Joomla Community Magazine!

This month, you can read how you can help shape Joomla's future or make valuable contributions now, find out which new features are coming (SEO out of the box as well as a tool to migrate your WordPress site to Joomla), why you shouldn't rely on automated tools alone to fix the accessibility of your website, and how to create page transitions for your website, with CSS.

The Joomla Academy, a global initiative run by Open Source Matters and the brainchild of Philip Walton, is well underway; and the momentum is only building! In an interview in this issue, OSM's new secretary, Philip Walton, says: "We are a massive success story, and it's so easy to forget that. An anarchic incoherent group of individuals who gravitated around an open source fork and made it work, and not just work but work for 20 years, that's a huge achievement and one that's easy to overlook."

That is exactly how I feel about the Joomla Community Magazine. Each and every month, people come up with  ideas and articles. It's a never ending flow of quality content, created by you: the wonderful Joomla community.  The May issue is no different: another interesting mix of tutorials and how-to's, community interviews, leadership interviews (read those!
