Leadership Highlights - November 2012
While zombies roamed the earth and goblins danced in October, the Joomla project cooked up a bubbling pot of leadership news, with just a pinch of chicken giggle…

Get Your Hot Patch & Joomla 3.0.1 Release!
Last month version 3.0.1 came out as a security release for Joomla 3.0. Don't forget to install the hot patch first! Everything you need to know is posted in the leadership blog.
Night of the Living JED
Changes are coming to the Joomla! Extension Directory, under the leadership of Matt Baylor. The review and voting system is getting a cleanup, and the team is in place. Matt took some time out from his JEDi activity to give us an interview. Thank you Matt for raising the JED!
New OSM board members
In October the board of Open Source Matters welcomed four new spirits to its cobwebby lair:
Mike Carson from Joliet, Illinois, USA
Sandy Ordonez from Brooklyn, New York, USA
Radek Suski from Schaafheim, Germany
Sarah Watz from Stockholm, Sweden
Thanks to all for giving of your time and bringing your perspectives and skills.

Leadership members hopped on their broomsticks and made it to a number of JoomlaDays around the world:
