in March 2015 the Joomla! Project announced its partnership with Glip, a business messaging app with built-in productivity tools. This partnership has enabled Joomla to streamline communication among its many teams and volunteers while providing a unified approach to tracking tasks, files and events. Over the last month, the JCM Public Room was created to facilitate the discussion and exchange of ideas between the JCM Team and anyone who is interested in contributing to the magazine.

The JCM Public Room in Glip aims to foster collaboration in a variety of ways, from scheduling meetings to tracking action items, to sharing and annotating text files and images. 

Glip is used by thousands of companies to plan, share and organise work to deliver a fully searchable communications experience for teams and the JCM Team plans to make the most of it. Every aspect from planning to taking action in the magazine will be presented to the public in this room
