The Joomla! World Conference is coming up soon! It will be held on November 8-10, 2013 at Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts (USA). Summer is almost over and while it has been relaxing, it is time to pick up the pace and get back to reality! 

Even with the summer vacation well underway, the Joomla! World Conference Team has been busy behind the scenes planning what will be an awesome event!

Greetings from the nippy and partly cloudy city of Noordwijkerhout, in The Netherlands where J and Beyond 2013 is currently underway. As always, JAB brings together a great group of website users, developers and designers for three days of networking, learning and fun... we will do the same at the Joomla! World Conference.

In April 2013, Alice and I gave a keynote session about the Joomla Community Magazine at JoomlaDay Netherlands. We spoke about the internationalisation of the JCM and at that time were announcing the launch of the new Spanish section in the May issue.

Amidst the tranquil backdrop of JoomlaDay Netherlands, the Joomla "Doktors" donned their white jackets and sat down to help folks with what was ailing them, be it code, a question or a quick session on fixing a problem with a site. At one point, we had ten people around the table, of which eight were women.
