21 Reasons to attend the JWC

For more than 20 years, Joomla has been a powerful, reliable, and community-driven CMS that brings people together around the world. After many years, the Joomla World Conference is finally returning — and to celebrate Joomla’s 21st birthday, here are 21 reasons why YOU should be part of it.

1. Get Knowledge: we have many experts from inside and outside the community who share their knowledge in different sessions. We cover a wide variety of topics, so there's something for everyone.

3. 4 parallel session tracks: get the full power of knowledge. We have 4 parallel session tracks. Two in German and two in English.
   
   
4. Meet the board of OSM: you have a unique opportunity to meet the entire board. Ask them your questions and exchange ideas with them.
   
   
5. For Newbies: the conference is one of the best ways to "make your way" into Joomla and its community.
   
   
6. Meet "old friends": if you've been to Joomla events before, I am sure you made some friends. Come and meet them again! That is one of the best things of the JWC: it is like a family reunion.
   
   
7. Meet "new friends": even if you have been at some events or if it is your first time, you always leave knowing you've made new friends.
   
   
8. Business development: this is one of the best opportunities to find your job partners and to extend your network for common projects.
   
   
9. Exclusive Merch: there will be another unique T-shirt this year. It was designed especially for the JWC and is available only to participants.
   
   
10. Extension developers: isn't it great that you can meet the developers of the extensions you use in person? You can ask them your questions directly, hear about their future plans, and share your own suggestions.
    
    
11. Vacation: have you ever been to Berlin or Germany? How about taking a few days off before or after the conference?
