Joomla! World Conference 2026

JDayUSA 2025, the premier annual Joomla! Conference in the USA returns this April 2025, to Washington, DC.  JDayUSA brings together visionaries, Joomla enthusiasts, and leaders for a transformative exploration of the latest trends in Joomla. And no matter where you live, you can be part of it!

This year’s event promises to be a landmark gathering, featuring keynote speeches, panel discussions, and hands-on workshops covering a diverse range of topics about Joomla. As always, this will be a 100% Hybrid event, with all sessions available in person or virtually.  Our recordings will be available for all participants a few weeks after the event.

This year, we will offer 3 days of sessions.  Day 1 will include a full day of hands-on learning in the class meant for all Joomla levels..  You can participate in a class focused on Introduction to Joomla or the class Bring Joomla to the Next Level with Coding.  Then, on Day 2 and Day 3, we will have interactive sessions and workshops featuring soft and coding skills.  Day 4,  April 26 will be our much anticipated fun day.   The fun day will be planned in a few weeks, but we promise to include some museums and fun activities in Washington, DC (extra $).

Laura Gordon currently works full time at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, School of Arts and Sciences as a web developer. She along with her team manage over 120 Joomla! websites.

Laura began using Joomla! in 2005 building her first website for a nursery school. As the owner of her own freelance company Laura has trained hundreds of users over the users, and has built many Joomla websites from Public Libraries to Pizza places. In 2017 she was invited to attend the Joomla World Conference in Italy, and became officially certified as a Joomla Administrator.

She lives in East Brunswick, NJ with her husband Ira, and 2 boys, who are now young adults. As a fun note, her husband owns, ThrillCoastertours.com, he takes kids to amusement parks during the summer time...
