After much deliberation and consideration, the JCM Team has come up with the very first Top Ten Community Choice Extensions! We had almost 150 submissions and the competition was tough!

This month, the JCM and the JED have teamed up to bring something new to the Joomla community! It is called the "Community Choice Extensions" and it needs your input!

The Joomla Extension Directory (JED) recently announced that Matt Baylor is the new JED Team Manager, aka the Lead JEDi. I sat down with Matt to learn a bit more about him.

The Co-Lead Editors of the Joomla Community Magazine, Alice Grevet and Dianne Henning, will present "Everything You Always Wanted to Know About the JCM but Were Afraid to Ask" at the upcoming Joomla World Conference, November 16-18, 2012.

As the summer ends, we head back to school, back to work, and back to reality. With the release of Joomla 3.0 this month, there is no looking back... we have a lot to look forward to in the Joomlasphere!
