In fact, Joomla is exactly like any other CMS or topic: cooking, astrophysic, woodcraft, scuba diving, etc. It's complicated if you don't take time to learn and to train about a minimum.

Recently, I've been in Sweden and I've took this opportunity to meet Sarah Watz, a famous Joomla volunteer but also a well-known former OSM President.

We all know that volunteering is a challenging decision and time consuming. In the case of Joomla, it can also be very difficult for no tech people and for non native English speakers.

When browsing through a bookstore window, it is often the title that persuades you to choose one book over another. It's the same thing when you look at the results of the Google search results pages. You click on the most relevant result to your search, and you ignore the poorly written or unclear titles.
