Yet Joomla 5.0 hit these two requirements and many more, nailing that many have said is the best release of a major to date. Yes, we need to celebrate the features, but often all the hard work can be eclipsed by the issues that follow.

What did 2022 bring for Joomla? 

More awards than ever before followed by growth after many years of decline. 

This month we are thrilled to include a double interview with the new Joomla 4.3 release team: SD Williams and Olivier Buisard. The aim of these interviews is to let the Community know a bit more about the release leads and their plans for the future of Joomla 4.3.

As we celebrate the launch of Joomla 4.1.0 and enjoy the new features and functionality that it has brought to Joomla there are a few who have been working away on the next iteration of this rejuvenated CMS.

Earlier this month Joomla 4 Release Candidate was made available, and Release Candidate 2 came out last week. With a fortnightly release schedule for updated RC releases, Joomla 4 is fast approaching the stable release, and you can get involved in the final stages.
