Leadership Interview Emmanuel Lemor

Leadership Interview: Carlos Camara

Joomla! relies on a strong operational backbone to ensure the smooth functioning of its various teams and projects. At the forefront of this effort is Carlos Cámara, who has just been re-elected as Operations Department Coordinator. His role is to provide support, foster collaboration, and help volunteers work efficiently across different areas of the project.

Leadership Interview: Sigrid Gramlinger

At the heart of Joomla's development and stability, the Production Department plays a key role in coordinating teams and managing the CMS's release cycles. Leading this effort is Sigrid Gramlinger, who has just been re-elected as Coordinator, ensuring effective organization and timely updates.

There are jobs, behind-the-scenes jobs, that not many people want to do, because they require hard work, rigor and seriousness, but also the ability to work as part of a team without necessarily being in the spotlight and reaping the glory. Nadja Lamisch possesses these qualities and has successfully carried out the mission entrusted to her: treasurer of Joomla.
At the end of her term, she stood for re-election and was re-confirmed in her post. This well-deserved re-election was well worth an interview to get to know the woman who holds the purse strings.
