Managing date and time is not simple and many of us developers don't like to do it. Unfortunately, we need this in almost any application. To be honest, I can't imagine an application that does not use date or time at some point. My goal is to make it more simple and more intuitive. The result would be writing less code by developers. What am I going to do? I'm going to create a brand new Date class.
Do you know why is it important for value objects to be immutable? Maybe you're not familiar with a concept of value objects, but don't worry I'll explain everything in the simplest way. Let's gamble a bit!

In this article, I will briefly introduce some of the new modules which will be added to Joomla in near future and few of the new features such as module ACL and global configuration.
A couple of months ago I wrote an article about my Google Summer of Code project, which aimed to add microdata semantics in the Joomla CMS. Now lets take a closer look at the status of this project to see what has been done.
Google Summer of Code has come to an end and it was an interesting experience for me at Joomla! My project was about implementing cloud storage support for Amazon Simple Storage Service, Rackspace and Google Cloud Storage.
