An Eventful Year!
2011 has been a very active year for the International Joomla community.
Apart from all the activity around the development and release of Joomla 1.6, 1.7, and the Joomla Platform, our International community has also been hard at work organizing JoomlaDay events in their regions.
Many volunteers were involved with organizing these events, and organizers could also count on support from Open Source Matters, and the Joomla Project.
The reports from these JoomlaDays were all positive, and showed an energized community that is eager to learn and to share their knowledge with others.
