The US census predicts that by 2020, 18% of the population, or 1 in 5 people will be Latino. Not surprisingly, this past spring, Google symbolically hired a team devoted specifically to Hispanic marketing.

On the surface, public relations and search engine optimization (SEO) seem worlds apart. One is based on search engine algorithms, while the other is based on subjective persuasion. However, in today's new media landscape they are brothers in arms.
