What Makes a Website Memorable?
When perusing through websites the last thing on a person’s mind is something like what will make me want to come back to this site? All the same, there are certain aspects of a website that will lodge themselves in a visitor’s mind. Subtle though they may be, these are the nuances every website owner wants to capture. Why? Because these are the things that cause return visits, that cause visitors to spend more time on a particular site rather than idly surfing the web.

Breaking Down Barriers for Joomla! Users
I have experience teaching several hundred Joomla! users. The highest barrier for my students was to move their sites from their local servers that they used for their training, to real servers that will host their sites. There should be an easier way to do that and make new Joomla! users satisfied than ever.

Google Panda & Penguin - How to Identify Problems and Recover Rankings
Google has been tweaking its algorithms (the systems it uses to identify how relevant it's links are to the search terms entered) over the years, with a view to improving the user experience, and promoting results which are more relevant and abide by their recommended guidelines relating to search engine optimisation. Two updates were released in recent history which have hit some sites particularly hard. This article will cover the Google update first seen in February 2011 and later rolled out internationally in August 2011 known as 'Panda' or 'Farmer', and the more recent Penguin update.

Teaching Joomla! to the Masses
A lot of people hear Joomla and say, "What?...what is Joomla?", but when people hear Wordpress they say, "Oh, the blogging software?". It is a common practice to use something like Wordpress when trying to build a website. Why not, there are tons of themes and plugins out there and Joomla seems hard, difficult, and too complex. Yet, when you sit down and actually use Joomla and learn all of its eloquent intricacies, there is no turning back.
